PT Series Pallet Nailing Tables – The Range and Features

The Pneumatico Asembly Table is an easily configurable system for the manufacture of a large range of pallets such as EPAL, 2-way and 4-way block or stringer pallets.

 

The Pneumatico Pallet Assembly Table is available in three sizes. The model number refers directly to the largest pallet size each system can produce.

Key Features

 

  • Compact design keeping the floor space required to a minimum.

  • Adjustable work top allows for both block and stringer pallets to be made.

  • Quick and easy switch to different pallet configurations.

  • Pneumatic clamp to centralise and hold blocks/stringers firmly in place.

  • Pneumatic lift to raise the pallet for ease of flipping.

  • Overhead Rail System to allow nail guns to be moved easily.

  • Balancers to support the weight of the nail guns.
